Online Registration
Dear Parent/Guardian(s),
Welcome to the Elite Hoop Group (EHG) Basketball Program and thank you for your support! Our online registration includes all the forms and information needed to participate in Elite Hoop Group programs. Please take the time needed to review the information requested online. All information must be completed before any player participates in a program. All players are required to have medical insurance in order to participate in any program. If participating in our SUMMER CAMP please present on or before the first day of camp proof of a physical within the last 3 years of the start of the camp. If you do not have insurance, please contact Elite Hoop Group (EHG). Also, each player is responsible for bringing appropriate basketball sneakers, socks, plus lots of energy and enthusiasm. Lastly, Elite Hoop Group (EHG) strongly believes sports are an integral part of a quality educational experience for students and therefore all players must maintain a personal commitment to both academics and the program.
